No. Chair massage is fully clothed and uses no oils, so people can go straight back to their desk.

Most people can. Before their first massage with us, each person fills in a short health form, and our therapists adapt the massage where needed. Chair massage is not suitable during the first trimester (the first 12 weeks) of pregnancy.

We send you a booking link to share with your team. Each person picks a time, and fills in a short health form before their first massage. You can see bookings at a glance on a live spreadsheet, and we can supply a printable schedule.

Yes. Some companies cover the full cost, others share it with their team, and some let staff pay for their own massage. When staff pay, no deposit is needed. We agree a minimum number of bookings with you in advance, and if that is not reached by the agreed date, we may cancel or reschedule at no cost to you.

Two to four weeks is ideal, and earlier for busy dates such as Christmas or Mental Health Awareness Week. We can often help at shorter notice, so do ask.

Yes. Regular clients keep the same named therapists wherever possible, so your team gets to know them.

Every therapist is qualified and holds their own insurance, and we meet each one in person before they join.

We invoice after the session, with payment due within 14 days. There is no VAT. For bookings of four or more therapists, a 50% deposit is due ahead of the event. No deposit is needed when staff pay for their own massages.

Free cancellation more than 10 days before. Within 10 days, 50% of the fee is due, and within 48 hours the full fee is due. Full details are in our booking terms.
